Skin peels.

Exfoliate your skin for a new glow.

A skin peel is a great option for revitalising skin that looks dull, tired and lacking in radiance. Chemical peels are also effective in targeting specific concerns including acne, sun damage, pigmentation, fine line and wrinkles, and scarring.

By removing the outer layer of skin cells and stimulating the growth of new cells underneath, a chemical peel is a great alternative to more invasive aesthetic treatments that can help reveal brighter and more radiant skin. A peel can often be combined with other treatments too.

We offer a range of superficial and medium depth peels using glycolic and tri-chloro acetic acids.

Every treatment is carried out safely by a fully qualified medical professional, and includes a comprehensive assessment to create a personalised treatment plan, with complete aftercare instructions and follow-up.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q.
How many treatments do I need?
A.

You may see some benefits such as skin brightening after your first peel, however to see anti-ageing, acne or pigmentation improvements, one treatment a week for 6 weeks with a maintenance treatment every month is recommended.

Q.
Are skin peels safe?
A.

Yes skin peels are safe when applied by a fully trained professional. The risk of a reaction is low and a full assessment is performed before treatment to ensure you undergo a treatment that is safe for you.

Q.
Does a skin peel hurt?
A.

No, there is no pain associated with these peels. You will experience a slight tingling whilst the peel is applied. No numbing anaesthetic is required.

Q.
What should I expect after a peel?
A.

Your skin may be slightly red for the first few hours, or slightly tight for the first 48 hours post treatment. It is important to follow the skincare regime as recommended during your treatment, and to ensure your skin is protected from the sun as it may be sensitive.
